Why the network exists
Disruptions rarely stay inside one sector or country. The network exists so people with different vantage points can examine what is changing, test practical questions that do not yet have standard answers, and turn shared experience into clearer decisions. Insights and connections from this community also help GCBR make resilience more accessible and actionable for SMEs.
How participation works

When relevant, GCBR may invite you into discussions, insight contributions or specialist introductions. Participation is not an endorsement by GCBR, the Paris Resilience Summit, or any institution you represent.
Insights and exchange
The network is GCBR’s continuing community for cross-sector and cross-region exchange. We are preparing formats for regional perspectives, peer discussion and practical insight. Regular programmes will be announced when they launch — they are not presented here as already operating.
Need a specialist introduction?
Organisations can ask GCBR to introduce a resilience specialist matched to a brief. Every introduction is facilitated by GCBR — this is a service pathway, separate from joining the network as a participant.
