SME Resilience
Smaller companies are often first to fail in a crisis and last to be protected. GCBR exists so they can prepare, withstand disruption, and keep trading.
For this purpose we built the SME Resilience Engine: assess readiness across business, leadership, team, and cybersecurity; learn and practise with Academy and toolkits; and — when you want — earn a proprietary GCBR certificate.
Why protection matters
Your path
You can start either way — there is no forced sequence. Many people assess and skill up first; others go straight for a certificate.
You can take the resilience assessments — including cybersecurity — see where you stand, then use Academy lessons and practical toolkits to close gaps and grow capability.
You can choose Resilient Leader or an Organisation level (BASIC / ADVANCED / MATURE), complete the instruments for that model, pass the tabletop, and receive your English GCBR certificate.
Cybersecurity
About 90% of smaller organisations still lack basic cyber hygiene — and most ransomware still lands on them. The Cyber assessment (15 questions) sits alongside Business, Leader, and Team so you can measure posture, not guess. It is required for Resilient Leader and for Organisation ADVANCED / MATURE; Organisation BASIC focuses on Business and Team first.
