Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of policy, technology, and implementation. I have led and contributed to large-scale national reforms, supported the development of regulatory and compliance frameworks, and designed capacity-building programs that enhance digital literacy, cybersecurity awareness, and institutional readiness. My approach to digital transformation is grounded in a human-centered perspective, ensuring that technological advancement promotes safety, inclusion, and the protection of fundamental rights. Currently, I manage high-impact innovation and digital ecosystem programs, while also mentoring startups and supporting SMEs in navigating regulatory and technological change. My academic and professional development is grounded in a Master of Science in Project Management and Evaluation and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, complemented by advanced training in public finance management, inclusive market systems, and EU project design and management. I have further strengthened my expertise through international programs, including the Chevening Western Balkans Cyber Security Fellowship at Cranfield University and ongoing studies in International Leadership and Negotiation with UNITAR, alongside continuous specialization in cybersecurity and digital resilience. Key Achievements: -Led the implementation of one of Albania’s largest digital transformation reforms, managing a project portfolio exceeding €15 million and contributing to the modernization of national financial systems and services. -Directed and coordinated cross-functional teams of over 50 professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of complex digital infrastructure and fintech solutions within scope, time, and budget. -Played a key role in strengthening cybersecurity and data protection practices, including coordinating ISO/IEC 27701 certification processes and delivering national-level cybersecurity exercises in collaboration with public institutions. -Designed and implemented digital transformation roadmaps and capacity-building programs for Manufacture Industry, supporting their access to EU markets and alignment with standards such as GDPR and NIS2. -Contributed to national policy and regulatory reforms, including initiatives related to fiscalization, anti-money laundering compliance, and EU accession processes, supporting alignment with OECD, FATF, and EU frameworks. -Developed and led innovation ecosystem initiatives like incubators that connect startups, industry, and public institutions, while mentoring early-stage companies in investment readiness, pitching, and investor alignment.
