I am a business resilience and compliance lead with over 15 years’ practical experience helping organisations prepare for, respond to, and recover from operational and IT systems / cyber disruptions. My work focuses on building pragmatic, audit-ready programmes that balance risk reduction with business continuity and fast recovery — delivered in a way that stakeholders can adopt and sustain. Recent highlights: Launched a specialist resilience consultancy (2023–present) providing certification readiness, policy design, recovery planning and hands‑on implementation across the EU, CIS and beyond. Led global IT continuity and service resilience at a multinational (2009–2023), where I introduced enterprise BCP/DR tooling, mature crisis processes, and incident workflows integrated with ServiceNow. Completed targeted consultancy projects (2023–2025) that aligned risk and continuity practices with ISO, NIST and DORA requirements and rolled out interactive awareness exercises. Practical outputs: Clear playbooks, compliance evidence, and measurable recovery objectives rather than academic frameworks. Cross‑team delivery: I translate governance needs into operational tasks for IT, security, and business units. Tech-enabled resilience: analytics and AI are used selectively to improve detection, prioritization and recovery decision-making. Training and awareness: short, focused training and tabletop exercises to make compliance and response behaviors habitual. Qualifications & languages: BCI diploma (DBCI, MBCI), multiple ISO lead implementer/auditor credentials, FMEA practitioner and crisis response training. Fluent in English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian (elementary French and German). I can offer concise proposal or a small pilot — compliance scan, risk prototype, awareness workshop, long-, mid-, short term consultancy, audits and more.
