I am a business executive, founder, and strategic crisis leader with more than two decades of experience operating inside high-risk, high-uncertainty environments. A defining element of my career has been leading organizations through systemic collapse scenarios — including the COVID-19 global pandemic and full-scale wartime operational conditions — while not only preserving performance, but accelerating growth. During the pandemic, I led rapid organizational restructuring under extreme time pressure, stabilized financial systems, rebuilt broken supply chains, and protected teams across multiple regions. Despite global shutdowns, I expanded operations internationally and increased business revenue by more than 10x, proving that growth is possible even in the most hostile environments. During wartime conditions, I managed business continuity under physical threat, infrastructure instability, and economic shock, while maintaining global partnerships and scaling international reach. Where most organizations focused on survival, I focused on strategic expansion. I am the founder and CEO of a human-centric SaaS platform designed to replace rigid legacy ERP systems with resilient, adaptive operational frameworks. My work focuses on preparing organizations not for stability, but for disruption. My leadership philosophy is built on precision, courage, and full accountability.
