At Fixinc, I work in resilience advising, helping organisations strengthen their continuity and crisis readiness. My work includes supporting scenario planning, simulations, and exercises to test response capabilities, as well as contributing to broader resilience strategy and incident preparedness to help organisations respond effectively to disruption. As a MSc Graduate student in Crisis and Security Management at Leiden University, my academic focus lies on governance during crises. Complemented by leadership training at the Leiden Leadership Programme, I aim to bridge academic insights with actionable solutions for complex challenges.
