With 20 years of experience in Risk Management and a proven track record in executive leadership roles, I developed a highly pragmatic approach early on, closely aligned with business needs. I have spent most of my professional career in SMEs, where over the years I designed and maintained — often with limited resources — Quality Management Systems, Risk Management frameworks, Business Continuity strategies, and Crisis Management procedures, within an increasingly demanding regulatory environment. I also had to deal with a major fire in 2009 — an experience I will never forget. In 2021, I founded LRNG Risk Consulting with the ambition of sharing this unique expertise and making simple, practical tools available to as many organizations as possible — the very tools I wish I had had access to at that time.
