These include US based corporations: Dell EMC OpenText Computer Associates (now Broadcom) Critically for the above organisations, the resilience required was mostly M&A disruption with some geo-political issues that prevented services from being delivered. European based corporations: Business Objects (now SAP) Transoft Ltd Imperial Tobacco For the European businesses, the resilience was focused on business expansion into new geographical markets and sustaining the core bsuiness in the homeland. For Imperial Tobacco, the focus was about diversification and dealing with a product in a shrinking market. Australian Businesses: Macquarie College & High School Royal Automobile Club of Australia (private members club) Road Sense Australia (not-for-profit road safety advocates) JADCO (Australia's first profitable and B2 rated eCommerce provider) For the Australian companies, the focus has been on managing the business with unstable government funding and the need to diversify revenue streams. The Royal Automobile Club was an opportunity to refresh a private club that has been in business for over 100 years and was showing faded glory. Specifically for JADCO, I was part of a team in 1996-99 that created one of the first eCommerce payment gateways and online store systems for other companies. This was leading edge and ahead of the curve giving our clients a new revenue stream.
