Mahmoud Ramadan is an international expert in systems transformation, digital innovation, and organizational strategy, and certified advisory board member with a career dedicated to bridging human insight and technological intelligence. His work spans peacebuilding, digital transformation, and value-driven leadership, serving governments, corporations, and multilateral organizations across the MENA region and Europe. As Co-founder and CEO of INNOMISSIONS in Riyadh, Mahmoud leads the company’s mission to advance Industrial IoT, AI-driven analytics, and digital operations as enablers of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. Under his leadership, INNOMISSIONS partners with global technology firms to localize advanced digital ecosystems for logistics, mobility, and infrastructure sectors. His strategic direction ensures that innovation remains anchored in sustainability, ethics, and value creation. In parallel, Mahmoud is the Founder and Managing Partner of Playmaker, an independent consultancy based in Brussels and Dubai. Playmaker supports leaders and organizations navigating complexity through systems thinking, values alignment, and strategic storytelling. Its work extends to community development, social innovation, and organizational design, helping teams turn purpose into measurable transformation. Beyond the corporate realm, Mahmoud contributes to peace and dialogue initiatives as Strategic Advisor to the Common Space Initiative (CSI) in Beirut—one of the region’s leading policy platforms for inclusive dialogue—and as an Advisor to Point of Value in Sweden, advancing the science and practice of values congruence across individuals, organizations, and ecosystems. A fellow of the Inter-Agency Analysts Network (IARAN), Mahmoud is deeply engaged in developing frameworks that combine systems modeling, scenario foresight, and collective intelligence to tackle humanitarian and development challenges. His interdisciplinary research explores the intersection of fractals, nonlinear dynamics, and community development, bridging science and social transformation.
