Dominic Scholl is Director, Global Services at Resilience Guard, where he supports organizations in strengthening business resilience, operational continuity, crisis preparedness and executive decision-making under pressure. He brings more than 25 years of international experience across enterprise technology, cybersecurity, risk, resilience and critical business operations. His career includes senior commercial and advisory roles with global technology organizations including HP, Cisco, AT&T, Tech Mahindra, Juniper and Verizon. Across these roles, he has worked with large enterprises, regulated organizations and complex multinational environments where technology risk, business continuity, cyber resilience, operational disruption and stakeholder confidence are closely connected. Dominic’s work focuses on helping organizations move beyond theoretical resilience frameworks and into practical, testable capability. His areas of expertise include strategic planning and crisis management, operational continuity, cyber and digital resilience, regulatory and governance expectations, stakeholder communication, reputational risk, market disruption and critical-infrastructure resilience. He is particularly interested in the point where board-level accountability, regulatory pressure and real operational stress meet. At Resilience Guard, Dominic works with organizations on resilience assessments, crisis exercises, continuity planning, operational resilience maturity and scenario-based preparedness. His approach is pragmatic and outcome-oriented: helping leadership teams understand what would actually happen during disruption, where decision-making would slow down, where dependencies are fragile, and what must be improved before a real crisis occurs. Dominic has worked extensively across European and North American markets and is comfortable operating in multilingual and cross-cultural environments. He speaks English, German and French, and has experience engaging with senior stakeholders across business, technology, security, operations and governance functions.
